If you don't want to eat it, drink it

Vegetables... not the most delicious thing to eat for some people, but vegetables provide nutrients vital for health and maintenance of your body. So people are trying to find new ways to get the amount of vegetables their body needs to be healthy and functioning correctly. One of those ways is juicing...

A few months ago, my boyfriend (a fitness lover), said that I should start drinking a weird-looking green juice because it was going to help me reach my “be-fit-for-the-summer” goal. Turns out that green juice didn’t taste as bad as it looked, and it was packed with different vegetables that were good for my health. Here I’ll provide a list of the ingredients (and their benefits) found in the green juice my unofficial trainer recommended me.

You can mix this ingredients or others that you choose with any of your favorite fruit to make it a little tastier. Put it in a blender with a little bit of water, and there you go, you just boosted your veggies intake for the day. I drink it as a snack, but feel free to incorporate it to your date as you feel comfortable.
